A week after the City Council denied In-N-Out Burger's appeal to keep two palm trees at Forni Road, partly because they did not reflect the city's foothill character, a plant palette has been issued out so that Developers and landscapers would have a reference.
Carol Anne Ogdin, chairwoman of the ad hoc committee, presented the draft list last monthg calling it "a living document...not cast in concrete...a good kick-start to an ongoing process."
